Ladybug on Lady's skin

I, personally, got a little fed up with the lady bug stereotype. But this drawn its attention because of the angles and the composition itself.
But I could not help noticing some disturbances in the picture. First of all, the positioning of the lady bug is very uncertain, you can only assume whether it's on a finger or a part of the model's body. (and looking again, I'm not even sure whether it's a body).
The blurry background is not opaque, giving the viewer a strange feeling of uncertainty.
Nonetheless, the major plus in this picture is given by the originality and the breakthrough of cliches.
